Whistleblower Partners attorneys represented the whistleblower in a $34.5 million False Claims Act settlement against international dialysis company DaVita in which the government intervened and settled three novel claims of violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute. The whistleblower alleged DaVita engaged in different kickback schemes relating to its pharmacy business, its vascular access center business, and medical directorships at dialysis centers. The whistleblower received a Relator's share of roughly $6.4 million.
